Instructor Pilot - Bombardier Business Jet Platform
CAE is seeking experienced and passionate Instructor Pilots to join our team at the Montreal Training Centre, specializing in the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger). This role is instrumental in developing the next generation of pilots, ensuring they possess the confidence, competence, and operational mastery required for aviation excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.
- Prepare and conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings and debriefings.
- Ensure all training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE regulatory standards and quality commitments.
- Maintain personal qualifications and engage in continuous professional development.
- Share aviation knowledge and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL.
- Ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires a Category 1 medical for initial issuance).
- A minimum of 1,500 hours of multi-crew experience.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
- Authorized to live and work in Canada.
- Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to deliver training in English to an international client base.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience flying business aircraft.
