Compensation and Benefits

FlightSafety International offers a competitive total rewards package commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $85,250.00 - $145,200.00. Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position requires the physical dexterity to operate simulator controls, including reaching, manipulating rudder controls, and entering/exiting the simulator device. Candidates must possess specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The role involves lifting up to 25 pounds and working near moving mechanical parts. The work environment may include exposure to various conditions, including high places, outside weather, fumes, extreme temperatures, and potential electrical hazards.
