The Simulator Second in Command plays a crucial role in maintaining proficiency in assigned programs, enabling them to act as “Second-In-Command” alongside both internal and external Customer Pilots. This encompasses a range of training scenarios, including Recurrent, Initial, and generic training courses conducted within the established curriculum.
High school diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency (G.E.D.) coupled with two to three (2-3) years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This role requires the physical dexterity to operate simulator controls, including rudder pedals and various cockpit instruments. Individuals must be capable of entering and exiting the simulator, including during simulated emergency scenarios. The ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds is necessary. The work environment may involve exposure to moderate noise levels, moving mechanical parts, and occasional outdoor conditions.
