Pilot Second in Command, Gulfstream G450 Float (Homebased)
Executive Jet Management (EJM), a subsidiary of NetJets and part of the world's largest private aviation infrastructure, seeks a highly qualified Second in Command (SIC) for its G450 Float Program. This position is homebased and commutable from Columbus, Ohio.
Purpose of Position:
The SIC is responsible for the safety and well-being of passengers during all aspects of flight, ensuring a premium cabin experience. This role requires a thorough understanding of aircraft systems and emergency procedures, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pilot duties in accordance with company policy, FAA regulations, and flight manuals, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain the aircraft interior to the highest standards, ensuring cleanliness and reporting any equipment discrepancies.
- Coordinate cabin service requirements, including catering, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight.
- Collaborate with the Chief Pilot on work schedules and report flight and duty times accurately.
- Maintain a current FAA First-Class Medical certificate and FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or meet the requirements for ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a pilot.
- 1,500 hours of total flight time (2,500 hours or more preferred).
- 50 hours of fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
