Aviation Professional Role: Pilot and Flight Operations Specialist
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced aviation professional to contribute to safe and efficient flight operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in flight time requirements and demonstrate exceptional competency in flight planning, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum total flight time: 3500 hours
- Minimum Multi-Engine Land (MEL) flight time: 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) flight time: 2000 hours
- PIC Multi-Engine Land (PIC MEL) flight time: 500 hours
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures all crewing and trip assignments meticulously adhere to both company policies and applicable regulatory requirements, guaranteeing operational integrity and safety.
- Expertly completes comprehensive flight planning, calculates necessary performance data, and manages weight and balance tasks for every flight assignment to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Leverages the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to effectively lead all mandated pre-flight briefings, proactively identifying and mitigating potential operational risks.
