Key Responsibilities
- Ensures all crewing and trip assignments are in rigorous compliance with both internal company policies and external aviation regulatory requirements.
- Executes comprehensive flight planning, precise performance calculations, and accurate weight and balance tasks for every assigned mission, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety.
- Leads essential pre-flight and operational briefings, expertly utilizing the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential operational risks, thereby upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Prospective candidates must possess a distinguished record of aviation experience, demonstrated by the following stringent flight hour requirements:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 3500 hours.
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: At least 1500 hours.
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: A minimum of 2000 hours.
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: At least 500 hours.
