Pilot in Command - Citation CE700

Executive Jet Management is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command to operate a Citation CE700, based in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This position involves flying Part 91 and Part 135 operations, averaging approximately 400 hours annually, as part of a three-pilot team supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will reside within driving distance of Council Bluffs Municipal Airport (CBF).

As a Pilot in Command, the individual ensures the safe operation of flights, complying with all company and regulatory requirements for crewing and trip assignments. He/She completes comprehensive flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance tasks. The Pilot utilizes Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology for briefings, mitigating operational risks. He/She adheres to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinating with company personnel, and acts as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator. Pre-flight tasks include verifying aircraft maintenance status and recording discrepancies. The Pilot ensures all ground servicing is completed per SOPs and delivers passenger briefings while providing excellent customer service. Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) are essential for clear communication during all operational phases.

The Pilot delivers an exceptional service experience to owners and passengers, identifying and resolving service deviations. Collaboration with crew members and internal partners is crucial for consistent service.

The Pilot maintains proficiency and compliance with all regulatory and company-required training. Compliance with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program is required, reporting any safety or non-compliance concerns.
