About the Role

The Human Resources Professional will be instrumental in managing all facets of human resources within the aviation sector. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with relevant aviation industry regulations and labor laws. This position demands a proactive approach to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent within the aviation industry.
• Manage employee onboarding, development, and retention programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and aviation-specific regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates possess a strong background in human resources, preferably within the aviation or aerospace sectors. Demonstrated experience in HR management, a thorough understanding of employment law, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
