Experienced Gulfstream G450 Pilot
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Gulfstream G450 pilot to join a dynamic aviation team. This position involves operating on domestic and international routes, demanding a high level of professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all phases of flight operations, including engine start-up, control manipulation, and strict adherence to flight plans, manuals, regulations, and established procedures.
- Diligently monitor engine performance, fuel consumption, gauges, warning systems, instrumentation, and control panels throughout the flight.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections to ensure the flawless functionality of all aircraft equipment and systems.
- Maintain meticulous flight logs and documentation, promptly recommending any necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Analyze and interpret critical flight data, including altitude, temperature, weather conditions, weight and balance, fuel levels, flight plans, wind speed, and direction.
- Make sound decisions regarding flight initiation, delays, cancellations, or deviations based on safety and operational considerations.
- Effectively coordinate and supervise the functions of crew members, ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with fellow pilots, flight crew, air traffic controllers, and passengers.
- Verify the validity of all required documentation for crew and passengers, including licenses, medical certificates, passports, and visas.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable customs, immigration, FAA, and safety regulations, as well as other relevant laws.
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency on the Gulfstream G450 aircraft, staying current on FARs, Ops Specs, and AIM procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 24 months of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent as assessed by a qualified credential evaluator.
- A minimum of 150 hours of flight experience specifically on the Gulfstream G450, with a total of 1,500 hours of total flight time and 250 hours as First Officer or Pilot.
- Successful completion of the Flight Safety International Gulfstream G450 Initial/Transition Course.
- Possession of a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License and a First Class Medical Certificate.
- Must have actively flown within the past 12 months.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug/alcohol testing.
- A clean FAA record with no violations, incidents, or accidents within the last 5 years.
This position is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but requires domestic and international travel. Candidates must be available on call 24/7 and possess the flexibility to accommodate frequent changes in flight schedules.
