About the Role
A service-oriented Cabin Crew Member is sought to join the team based at either Stuttgart, Berlin, or Hamburg airports. The position is available for both full-time and part-time employment. The Cabin Crew Member plays a vital role in ensuring a positive onboard experience, contributing to passenger comfort and safety throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Participates in pre-flight briefings to receive essential information regarding the flight and preparation requirements.
- Conducts pre-flight safety checks and prepares the cabin to welcome passengers.
- Greets and assists guests during the boarding process.
- Performs service procedures efficiently as part of the cabin crew team.
- Actively manages the sale of onboard retail items to enhance the passenger experience.
- Acts as a brand ambassador, embodying company values with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manages stressful and challenging situations effectively while maintaining a composed and friendly demeanor.
Requirements
Suitable candidates will possess a passion for working with people, a desire for a career in aviation, and meet the following essential criteria:
- Minimum height of 1.60m and minimum age of 18 years.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written (minimum B1 level).
- Possession of a Realschulabschluss or Hauptschulabschluss combined with prior experience in the service sector.
- Holding an unrestricted valid passport. Non-EU citizens must also possess a valid residence permit and work permit for Germany.
- Excellent general health condition, demonstrating unrestricted fitness to fly.
- Visual acuity corrected to +/- 5 diopters.
- Demonstrated solid swimming ability (minimum 100 meters continuous swimming).
- Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Germany, including COVID-19.
- Possession of a well-groomed appearance and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- For candidates with prior Cabin Crew experience within the last 60 months: Possession of a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and an official flight hour log from the previous employer is required.
