A leading airline is seeking service-oriented Cabin Crew Members for full-time or part-time positions based in Stuttgart (STR), Berlin (BER), or Hamburg (HAM). The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a positive passenger experience.
About the Role:
As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility is to work collaboratively with the crew to create a welcoming atmosphere onboard, ensuring a comfortable journey for all guests. The aim is to provide a "WOW" effect, ensuring every passenger disembarks with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in pre-flight briefings to receive essential flight information and prepare for duties.
- Conducting various safety checks before the flight and preparing the cabin for passenger boarding.
- Greeting and assisting guests during the boarding process, providing support as needed.
- Executing service procedures efficiently in coordination with the rest of the cabin crew.
- Monitoring and promoting the sale of onboard shop items to enhance the passenger experience.
- Acting daily as an ambassador for the airline, enthusiastically embodying the company's values.
- Handling stressful and challenging situations with composure, resolving issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
The airline welcomes applications from individuals eager to work with people, aspiring to a workplace above the clouds, and meeting the following criteria:
- Minimum height of 1.60m and at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in German and English (minimum Level B1) in both written and spoken communication.
- Possession of a Realschulabschluss or a Hauptschulabschluss combined with prior experience in the service sector.
- Holding a valid and unrestricted passport; for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit is also required.
- Maintaining good general health (unrestricted fitness to fly).
- Corrected visual acuity of +/- 5 diopters.
- Ability to swim competently (minimum 100 meters without interruption).
- Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Germany (including COVID-19, etc.).
- Presenting a well-groomed appearance paired with a friendly demeanor.
- For candidates previously employed as Cabin Crew Members within the last 60 months: Possession of a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and an official flight hour logbook from the previous employer.

Important Note:
