ATR Captain - Part 121 Flight Operations
A leading aviation company is seeking a skilled and experienced Part-121 ATR Captain to join its flight operations team. The ATR Captain is responsible for conducting safe, efficient, compliant, and professional flight services, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operates the aircraft safely during all phases of flight, meticulously monitoring conditions including weather and cargo security.
- Verifies the go/no-go decision, confirms fuel requirements and related weather variables, and ensures proper loading procedures are followed.
- Makes alternate destination decisions as necessary when the intended destination is unavailable.
- Maintains command of all situations arising from unexpected circumstances during flight.
- Ensures proper communication with stations, towers, flight controllers, and dispatchers throughout the flight.
- Files all reports required by the FAA and promptly reports any unusual aircraft behavior or performance to dispatch or maintenance personnel.
- Accurately records flight-hours in conjunction with Dispatch and strictly adheres to FAA rest requirements and company directives.
- Supervises and evaluates flight deck crew members.
- Stays current and knowledgeable regarding applicable changes in regulations and procedures concerning the safe operation of company aircraft.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of all applicable policies, procedures, manuals, handbooks, and protocol.
- Serves as a positive, constructive, and communicative leader for the company and its customers.
- Reviews company bulletins and other correspondence daily, including emails and voicemails.
- Submits all transmittals, expense reports, and other company documents/correspondence accurately and timely, in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Serves as a role model for ethical behavior, maintains a professional and dignified work environment, and promotes and supports the company's mission.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay range for an ATR Captain is competitive, ranging from $2,116.00 to $2,268.00 Weekly ($110,032.00 to $117,936.00 Annually).

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with a Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating.
- Hold a current 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must adhere to the company’s FAA/DOT required Drug and Alcohol Program.
Minimums:
Candidates must meet or exceed the following flight experience minimums:
- Total Time (TT): 2500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC): 1000 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1000 hours
- Turbine/Turboprop: 300 hours
- Crew Time: 500 hours
- Meet Part 121.436 Pilot Qualification requirements.
- Maintain IFR currency and proficiency.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed outdoors and within an aircraft environment.
- The employee will be exposed to inclement weather conditions.
- This position may require standing, walking, sitting, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Requires manual dexterity, as well as effective speaking, seeing, and hearing abilities to conduct business.
- May be required to work in multiple locations.
