The Cabin Crew Training Manager is responsible for:

The maintenance and update of the OM-Part D, Section 2.2, in conjunction with the Head of Training and Standards.

Cabin Crew Training Instructions, ensuring they are produced, distributed and adopted.

Liaising with the Cabin Crew Compliance Manager and CAA Cabin Safety Office regarding all changes/additions in company, EASA and CAA polices and procedures.

Designing; monitoring and developing course material.

The management of Cabin Crew classroom trainers.
-
The organisation of all Cabin Crew training courses.
-
Monitoring all Cabin Crew operational documentation, manuals, training records and training forms to ensure their accuracy and currency.
-
Completing any other duties as instructed by the Head of Training and Standards.

The promotion of safety awareness and actively encouraging open reporting and feedback, in conjunction with the Cabin Crew Compliance Manager and Cabin Crew Manager.

Liaising with the Cabin Crew Compliance Manager and Cabin Crew Manager on the implementation of service enhancements from product to delivery.

Issuing notices pertaining to operational matters, including cabin standards, product instructions.

Completing any other duties as instructed by the Cabin Crew Manager.

Continual compliance monitoring of the department.

Health and safety of Cabin Crew and departmental safety management in accordance with the Company SMS.

The completion of risk assessments and addressing any issues arising, including non-conformities.

Monitoring the audit schedule, completing assessments, audits and spot checks to ensure that all regulations are adhered to.

The promotion of safety awareness and actively encouraging open reporting and feedback.

Liaising with the Director of Flight Operations, Cabin Crew Training Manager and CAA Cabin Safety Office regarding all changes/additions in company and CAA policies and procedures.

Cabin Crew Instructions, ensuring they are produced, distributed and adopted, in conjunction with the Director of Flight Operations.

The maintenance and update of the OM B3 Manual.

Liaising with the Chief Pilot to ensure that a maximum co-ordination is maintained between Flight Crew and Cabin Crew in the interest of passenger comfort and safety.

Implementation of service enhancements from product to delivery in conjunction with the Cabin Crew Training Manager and Cabin Crew Manager

Representing the Company through training courses or safety related events such as CHIRP or CAA action groups.
