Jet2.com seeks a highly experienced and motivated Cabin Crew Base Manager to lead its Birmingham Airport Cabin Services Team. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the operational performance of the base and the continuous development of its team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive management support to ensure the safe and consistent delivery of high-quality onboard service.
- Implement and maintain continuous performance management for all Cabin Crew personnel.
- Guarantee that all Cabin Crew performance and duties adhere strictly to current legislative and company requirements.
- Actively participate in all aspects of the business, identifying opportunities for improvement and productivity maximization.
- Lead the base's recruitment efforts, ensuring a consistently high calibre of candidates for initial training.
- Develop, implement, and monitor ongoing training, progress, and development plans to ensure team success; manage all arising HR issues.
