Cabin Crew Responsibilities:
In your role as Cabin Crew for Jet2.com, you will:
- Deliver high-quality care, including first aid and general passenger assistance.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and colleagues on every flight.
- Create memorable onboard experiences while providing Jet2.com's renowned friendly customer service.
- Promote and sell a selection of in-flight products through exceptional service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
While previous experience is not required, Jet2.com seeks individuals who:
- Enjoy delivering exceptional customer service.
- Possess clear and engaging communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of safety procedures at all times.
- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail.
- Are motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Are able to comply with health and safety regulations, including continuously being able to fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and meet reach requirements.
Important Information:
All Cabin Crew opportunities are available on a full-time Fixed Term Contract basis. The 24/7 operation necessitates varied working hours each week, including very early starts and late finishes. To operate as Cabin Crew, you must be able to provide full references for the past 5 years and pass satisfactory criminal record checks.
To prepare for a successful career with Jet2.com, you will need to complete a CAA-approved 4-week training course. Held locally to your base, this comprehensive program will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
