Pilot - Fast Jet (Highly Desirable)
Job Summary
This role seeks highly qualified and experienced pilots to join a dynamic aviation team. The ideal candidate will possess a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with a valid Instrument Rating and Type Rating, suitable for operation on G-registered aircraft. A strong background in fast jet operations is paramount, with significant flight hours and recent relevant experience being highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Required Licences & Ratings: Holds a UK Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL(A)), or an EASA, FAA, or other ICAO-compliant national equivalent, complete with a valid Instrument Rating and Type Rating that permits validation for operational duties.

Medical Certification: Possesses a current UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate, or an EASA, FAA, or other ICAO-compliant national equivalent.

International Licence Holders: Applicants holding non-UK licences will be required to navigate the UK CAA Licence Validation Process to be authorised to fly G-registered aircraft.

Aviation Safety Training: Must have successfully completed an Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) course.

Flight Hours: Demonstrates over 1000 flight hours on fast jet aircraft. This is considered highly desirable.

Recent Military Fast Jet Experience: Has flown military fast-jet aircraft within the last six years. This experience is highly desirable.

Instructor Qualifications: Holds a Qualified Weapons Instructor or Qualified Flying Instructor qualification. This is highly desirable.

Platform Operations: Has operated a single-seat, radar-equipped platform in the air-to-air role. This experience is highly desirable.

Multi-Crew Cooperation: Completion of a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course is desirable.
