Aviation Human Resources Specialist

This pivotal role will support the Human Resources department, ensuring the effective management of personnel and the cultivation of a positive work environment within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Managing employee relations and addressing HR-related queries.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Supporting HR compliance and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices, with a keen interest in the aviation industry.
