Role Overview
Astonjet Limited is seeking a qualified Captain for the Cessna Citation Latitude (C68A). The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while representing the company with the highest levels of professionalism. This role requires a standout aviator with strong commercial awareness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a dedication to delivering superior service in the high-end business aviation market.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Crew Management

Lead the flight crew, fostering a synergistic, professional, and healthy team atmosphere.

Coordinate, supervise, and monitor crew duties to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Manage optimal workload distribution to maintain the highest operational and service standards.

Delegate tasks to qualified crew members while retaining full command responsibility.
Operational Responsibilities

Maintain full responsibility for the safety of all crew and passengers during all phases of flight.

Ensure total compliance with Astonjet Limited company policies and Flight Operations procedures.

Maintain a professional demeanor as a representative of the company at all times.
Safety & Compliance
-
Promote the company safety culture and utilize the Centrik Safety Reporting Tool within a just culture environment.

Report all accidents, incidents, and occurrences to the Safety Manager in a timely manner using the designated reporting system.

Lead by example in all matters of safety, compliance, and professional conduct.
Job Requirements
-
Valid EASA Part-FCL ATPL.

Valid ME-IR(A) and appropriate type/class rating.

PBN endorsement.

Advanced UPRT completion or multi-pilot aircraft type rating.

MCC completion or multi-pilot aircraft type rating.

Valid EASA Class 1 Medical.

Clean criminal background check and clean drug test.

Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command.

Minimum 500 hours IFR experience.

Language proficiency: English (EASA FCL.055 Level 4 minimum) and fluent French.
Desired Qualifications

Current C68A type rating.

TRI qualification on type.
