Role Overview and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be instrumental in the delivery of contracted flight operations, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency. This pivotal position demands a comprehensive understanding of contemporary flight operations management practices and values, coupled with proven proficiency across both civil and military/government aviation environments. The role also encompasses engagement with general business management principles, including effective budget setting and control, alongside cultivating a strong domain knowledge of customer operational requirements and platform capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this prestigious pilot position, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 1000 hours of total flight time. Candidates must be suitably qualified and experienced as a Pilot.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not a prerequisite for application, as comprehensive training pertinent to the role's aircraft will be provided.
- License: Possession of a valid UK CAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with a current Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsements.
- Medical: Hold a current UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.

- Strong domain knowledge of customer operational requirements and customer platform capabilities.
Security Clearance
A fundamental requirement for this position is the ability to achieve and maintain the highest level of UK national security clearance. This is a mandatory condition of employment.
