- Flexible Rostering Options:
- Fixed 5/4 roster pattern.
- Random roster with additional compensation for flexibility.
- 50% part-time roster (14 days on, 14 days off) exclusively available for Captains.
- Duty days predominantly consist of two sectors, ensuring return to home base.

- Competitive Annual Salary (Based on Normal Roster):
- First Officer (FO): £55,000
- Senior First Officer (SFO): £90,000
- Full-Time Captain: £155,000 - £205,000
- 50% Part-Time Captain: £80,000 - £105,000
- Captain base salaries benefit from incremental increases every 1,000 flight hours, up to a maximum of 12,000 hours.
- Generous Days Off:
- Pilots on the fixed roster can enjoy up to five blocks of 13 consecutive days off per year.
- The random roster provides 28 days off per roster period.
