Compensation and Benefits

- Annual Salary: New Captains can anticipate an attractive remuneration package of approximately £155,000 GBP (approximately $210,000 USD) annually, inclusive of flight pay. This figure is projected to increase to over £200,000 GBP (approximately $270,000 USD) with seniority.
- Part-Time Roster Salary: For Captains opting for a 14 ON / 14 OFF part-time roster, the expected annual salary is around £100,000 GBP (approximately $135,000 USD).
- Additional Earnings: Line training duties provide an additional earning potential of approximately £20,000 GBP (approximately $27,000 USD) per year. Compensation for days off is estimated at approximately £1,000 per day (approximately $1,350 USD).
Rostering and Time Off
- Roster Patterns: A variety of flexible roster patterns are available to suit individual preferences, including random assignments, a fixed 5 ON / 4 OFF schedule, and a 14 ON / 14 OFF part-time option.
- Paid Holidays: A generous fixed 5 ON / 4 OFF roster provides 25 days of paid holiday per year. This structure enables the strategic utilization of leave to create five blocks of 13 days off annually (comprising 4 OFF, 5 LEAVE, 4 OFF).
