Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable journey.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and security on board the aircraft in accordance with all regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the cabin crew and flight deck team to ensure smooth and efficient in-flight operations.
- Demonstrate a professional demeanor and a 'can-do' attitude while interacting with the public.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess the legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the European Union.
- A background in a customer service-oriented role (e.g., hospitality, retail) is highly advantageous.
- Height must be between 157 cm (approximately 5'2") and 188 cm (approximately 6'2").
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is a mandatory requirement.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- A hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature, with a willingness to work a rotating shift roster.
- An outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
