Summary:
Corporate Wings seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Captain to join its team, providing world-class service and safe, technically accurate transportation for the Owner and their guests. This role encompasses a multifaceted approach, combining the responsibilities of a professional aviator with those of an in-flight service provider.
The Captain will be part of a dedicated crew operating a Challenger 350, working alongside a team of five pilots. The role involves a rotation style schedule, supporting on-demand flying under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, with an estimated annual flight time of 500 hours.
The successful candidate will embody the core principles of Corporate Wings: employee-centricity, meticulous attention to detail, and long-term relationship-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient execution of assigned flight schedules in strict adherence to all regulatory and manufacturer guidelines.
- Greet Owners and their guests pre-flight, provide a comprehensive briefing on the flight/trip itinerary, including weather updates and safety information, and address any changes to the itinerary.
- Act as a liaison between Owners/passengers and Corporate Wings, from the moment they arrive at the FBO until they have safely departed their final FBO.
- Provide in-flight service, including the responsible handling of alcohol, catering service, and the appropriate loading and stowing of baggage.
- Maintain the cabin's integrity by cleaning, organizing, and restocking prior to each trip.
- Perform other duties as assigned, depending on the specific assignment.
Requirements:
Education:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience/Licenses:
- US ATP License required.
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, with at least 2,000 hours as a PIC of a business jet.
- Must be able to pass a First Class Medical examination.
- Challenger 300/350 type rating required.
- FAA A/P or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license is a plus.

- Residence within 2 hours of a major metropolitan area.
- Availability for varying hours, including day and night shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to effectively manage rest periods, ensuring readiness for flight duty during their tour.
- Service-oriented demeanor, with a neat and well-groomed appearance, and a demonstrated ability to make a positive impression.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with passengers.
- Proven ability to make quick and accurate decisions, while paying close attention to detail both technically and from a passenger-service perspective.
