Summary of Essential Duties:

The Flight Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers aboard Contour Airlines flights. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service that meets and exceeds passenger expectations.
• Assisting passengers with luggage, including lifting and storing items in overhead bins.
• Attending to passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, individuals with disabilities, and the elderly.
• Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Responding effectively during emergency situations, following safety procedures, and assisting passengers.
• Providing basic first aid and CPR when necessary.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory.
• Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and adhering to all FAA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED certificate is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the country.
• Possess a valid driver's license and passport with a good driving record.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
