Falcon 900EX EASy Captain (PIC)
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Falcon 900EX EASy Captain to join a high-touch flight operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of our aircraft for Part 91/135 operations. This position is part of a 3-pilot account supported by a dedicated factory-trained Maintenance Technician and Cabin Attendant, with an annual flight volume of 200 hours (Part 91) and 150 hours (Part 135).
Key Responsibilities

Execute all flights in a safe, efficient, and professional manner in accordance with federal regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with scheduled/unscheduled events, database updates, audits, and pre/post-flight checklists.

Lead flight department crew members to accomplish departmental goals while maintaining high morale.

Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies immediately to the Director of Maintenance (DOM).

Monitor aircraft systems, assess weather reports, forecasts, and NOTAMs to make sound operational decisions.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems, emergency procedures, and current FAA regulations.

Provide premium service to owners and passengers, proactively resolving service deviations.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all trip paperwork and regulatory record-keeping.
Qualifications

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.

Previous comparable Type Rating required; preference given to candidates with Falcon 900EX EASy experience.

Experience in comparable ultra-long-range aircraft.

Minimum 5,000 hours total fixed-wing time; 2,500 hours multi-engine; 2,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC); 1,500 hours turbine; 250 hours night.

5 years of Part 91/135 experience.

Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit, valid passport, and valid state driver’s license.

Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.

Fluency in English (read, write, speak, and understand).

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug/alcohol testing.
Preferred Criteria
-
250 hours PIC in comparable aircraft within the prior 12 months.

International experience (EASA/non-contiguous U.S.); 500 hours as a flight crew member in international operations.

Residency in the New York Metro or South Florida regions.
