Cintas Corporation, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot to join its corporate flight department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned flights, primarily supporting internal company partners. This role requires exceptional operational excellence, with a strong preference for individuals possessing a type rating and/or recent experience with Sovereign (C-680) and Falcon 900EX/2000EX aircraft. The Pilot will act as Pilot in Command (PIC), upholding the highest standards of safety, discretion, and service.
About the Role
The Pilot maintains final authority over the aircraft while in operation, ensuring full compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international aviation regulations, as well as company policies and operational procedures. This role is crucial for delivering a professional, safe, and service-oriented flight experience to internal stakeholders.

Review and calculate aircraft weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance data to ensure safe operation.

Ensure aircraft readiness, including cleanliness, proper provisioning, and preparation for passenger safety and comfort.

Evaluate weather conditions at departure, enroute, destination, and alternate airports to support flight planning and safety.

Comply with assigned schedules and operational directives, ensuring all required preflight inspections are completed.

Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) for assigned flights, maintaining full operational authority and accountability.

Perform additional duties as necessary to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
Requirements

Minimum 3,500 total flight hours.

Minimum 2,000 turbine flight hours.

Valid Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot License.

Qualifications
