Summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Falcon 900EX EASy Captain for operations at KHPN in White Plains, New York. This position is responsible for ensuring safe and prudent flight operations, aircraft and passenger safety, and compliance with all regulations and company procedures.

About the Role

The Captain will oversee the safe operation of the Falcon 900EX EASy aircraft, conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, review aircraft maintenance status, and meticulously plan flights. Responsibilities include checking weather, route facilities, and airports, ensuring adherence to Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations, and safeguarding the safety of passengers, crew, and the aircraft. Accurate completion of all trip paperwork is also a key duty.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3,000 hours of total flight time.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours of Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time.
• Minimum of 500 hours of MEL PIC time.
• Minimum of 500 hours in turbojets.
• Minimum of 250 hours of instrument time.
• A Falcon 900EX EASy or comparable aircraft type rating.
• Possession of a first-class medical certificate.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Annual completion of ICAO International procedures training.
• Must maintain a primary residence within a two-hour drive of KHPN or be willing to relocate.
