Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a highly competitive compensation package ranging from $330,000 to $360,000 annually. The company provides fully paid medical and healthcare premiums, along with a matching 401(k) plan, underscoring a commitment to employee well-being and financial security.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following stringent requirements:
- A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours of First in Command (PIC) flight time.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours of turbine aircraft flight time.
- A valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- While a Gulfstream G600 type rating with a minimum of 200 hours in type is preferred, strong candidates with extensive PIC experience in similar large-cabin, multi-engine turbine aircraft may be considered.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable distance to Oxford, CT, or be prepared to relocate. This position is not commutable.
- Unrestricted eligibility for international travel is mandatory.
- Proficiency in adhering to all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manuals, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
- Successful completion of pre-employment DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks, and willingness to participate in random drug and alcohol testing as required.
- Submission of clear, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (front and back), including medical certification, and completion of a disclosure form is a prerequisite for application.
- This position is classified as safety-sensitive and is subject to DOT/FAA drug and alcohol regulations.
Responsibilities
- Command and safe operation of the Gulfstream G600 in accordance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Ensuring the highest levels of safety and professionalism are maintained during all flight operations.
- Compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies and procedures.
- Performing all other duties as assigned by management.
