Ability to work a variable schedule

Responsibilities

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights

Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
-
File flight plans and analyze weather and route conditions

Mentor and guide crew members for professional growth

Conduct performance reviews for crew members

Coordinate schedules and training for seamless operations
-
Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems

Manage flight plans and adapt to changing conditions

Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to best practices

Conduct passenger briefings and address aircraft discrepancies

Manage trip documentation and maintain aircraft manuals

Assist in crew hiring processes
