This leadership position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of flight assignments, serving as Pilot in Command (PIC) while embodying the company's values and elevating the travel experience for clients.

Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
• FAA First Class Medical
• Five years of aviation experience
• 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time
• 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
• 1,500 hours Multi-Engine
• 500 hours Turbo-Jet
• 500 hours Turbine
• 100 hours Night
• 75 hours Simulated Instrument
• Ability to work a variable schedule
• Willingness to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions
• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• File flight plans and analyze weather and route conditions
• Mentor and guide crew members for professional growth
• Conduct performance reviews for crew members
• Coordinate schedules and training for seamless operations
• Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems
• Manage flight plans and adapt to changing conditions
• Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to best practices
• Conduct passenger briefings and address aircraft discrepancies
• Manage trip documentation and maintain aircraft manuals
• Assist in crew hiring processes
• Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism in all interactions
