Key Responsibilities

Assume ultimate responsibility for the safe and compliant operation of the Gulfstream G600 aircraft.

Conduct all flights safely and prudently, adhering strictly to Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).

Perform comprehensive pre-flight duties, including reviewing aircraft maintenance status.

Execute proper pre-flight inspections per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.

Conduct thorough checks of weather and facilities along the intended route, including primary and alternate airports.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers, the aircraft, and the flight crew.

Accurately complete all required trip paperwork in line with current operational procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates for the Gulfstream G600 Captain position must possess significant flight experience, including:

Total Flight Time: 3000 hours

Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 1500 hours

Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1500 hours

Multi-Engine Land Pilot in Command (MEL PIC) Time: 500 hours

Turbojet Aircraft Time: 500 hours

Instrument Time: 250 hours
Specific Requirements

Current Gulfstream G600 type rating or type rating on a comparable aircraft.
