Captain, Challenger 300 – Chartright Air Group
Chartright Air Group, a leading Canadian innovator in private jet charter, aircraft management, maintenance, and FBO services, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Serve as Captain on a Challenger 300 aircraft based in Toronto.
- Ensure all flights are conducted safely and efficiently in accordance with all applicable regulations.
- Support daily operational activities on scheduled reserve days.
- Collaborate closely with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams to meet all operational and service requirements.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages idea sharing and continuous improvement.
- Provide exceptional direct customer service, contributing to an outstanding client experience.
- Participate in monthly training courses and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or valid IATRA.
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.
- Valid Transport Canada Medical Certificate.
- Canadian Radio Telephone Operator Certificate.
- Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours; jet or turbine time strongly preferred.
- University degree or college diploma in Aviation preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Proven experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- Thorough understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight planning, fuel planning, and weight and balance calculations.
- Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to build positive relationships across the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional client service, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
- Required: Previous international flying experience (Europe & South America).
- Preferred: Prior time on type.
