Captain, Challenger 300 – Chartright Air Group
Chartright Air Group, a leading Canadian provider of bespoke private jet charter, aircraft management, maintenance, and FBO services, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join its team. Responsibilities:
- Command Challenger 300 aircraft based in Toronto, ensuring all flights are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Actively participate in daily operational activities, including reserve duty.
- Maintain seamless communication with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams to meet operational and service requirements.
- Cultivate a collaborative team environment, encouraging idea sharing and process improvement.
- Provide exceptional direct customer service, contributing to a superior client experience.
- Participate in monthly training courses and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or valid IATRA.
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.
- Valid Transport Canada Medical Certificate.
- Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time; minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours (jet or turbine time preferred).
- University degree or college diploma in Aviation (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Proficiency with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- Comprehensive understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight planning, fuel planning, and weight and balance calculations.
- Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
- Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships and communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional client service, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate varied work schedules to meet client needs.
- Required: Previous international flying experience (Europe & South America).
- Preferred: Prior time on type.
