Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers by meticulously carrying out safety, first aid, and security procedures.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by providing genuine and personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
- Attending to passenger needs with care, professionalism, and thoughtfulness, ensuring a comfortable and memorable journey for all.
- Demonstrating excellent teamwork skills in a culturally diverse environment, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Adapting to dynamic inflight situations with confidence, tact, and flexibility, upholding all inflight policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with at least one year of flight attendant experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai. Proficiency in a third language is desirable.
- Valid TOEIC score of 325 in both reading and listening or a valid IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 or above, taken on or after September 1, 2022.
- Successful pre-employment background check, including criminal record verification.
- Physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment.
- Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industries is advantageous.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as per HKCAD guidelines.

Application Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited via email to attend an Assessment Day in Bangkok in early July 2024.
- Successful candidates can anticipate an estimated start date in the fourth quarter of 2024.
- Candidates requiring a work permit to reside and work in Hong Kong will be subject to immigration approval.
The deadline for application is June 11, 2024.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified within six weeks.
