Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with at least one year of flight attendant experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese; a third language is preferred.
- Valid TOEIC score of 325 (reading and listening) or IELTS (Academic) overall Band Score of 6.0 or above (taken on or after March 1, 2023) – this may exempt applicants from the English assessment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum arm reach of 208 cm on tiptoe.
- Prior experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industry is advantageous.
Safety-Sensitive Position Requirements:
- Successful completion of a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records.
- Demonstrated physical fitness to meet pre-employment medical assessment requirements.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test, adhering to HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B.

Application Information:
Selected candidates will be invited via email to an Assessment Day in Ho Chi Minh City in January 2025. The assessment will be completed in one day. The estimated start date for successful candidates is the first quarter of 2025. For candidates requiring a work permit to reside and work in Hong Kong, employment is conditional upon immigration approval.
