Cabin Crew Operations Support Officer
Reports to: Assistant Manager Operations
Role Introduction:
This role plays a vital part in supporting Cabin Crew operations, ensuring smooth and efficient systems and processes. The incumbent will be responsible for accurate and timely allowance reimbursements, effective management of cabin reports, and maintaining the stability and functionality of crew-related operational systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Crew Allowances:
- Manage all crew allowance reimbursements, including hotel, transport, disruption, USPP, clothing, and other applicable allowances.
- Ensure crew are reimbursed in a timely and accurate manner, preventing any overpayments from the Company.
Cabin Reports:
- Review and manage cabin reports received, ensuring timely distribution to relevant departments and sections.
- Maintain effective communication with crew, the Cabin Crew Service Excellence team, and other stakeholders as required.
Systems:
- Ensure the smooth operation of critical operational systems, including the Flight Journal System, sign in/out System, and TARS, to facilitate crew activities.
- Analyze crew and administrative team feedback to identify areas for system enhancement.
- Coordinate with IT on system defects, new enhancements, and conduct user testing as needed.
- Provide immediate support for critical response situations, such as ad hoc requirements, disruptions, or crew injury incidents.
- Analyze and prepare management reports related to allowance reimbursements, discrepancies, cabin reports, and other relevant data.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Cabin Crew Briefing Office, upholding internal service standards and facilitating crew communication.
- Handle pre- and post-flight documents and maintain operational statistics.
- Provide support to the Manager and Assistant Manager Operations, and undertake any other relevant duties or projects as required.
- Deputize for the Assistant Manager Operations in their absence.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education.
- 2-3 years of experience in crew operations, inflight service, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of crew operational environments and standards, including safety and service protocols.
- Strong knowledge of crew rosters, Flight Time Limitations (FTLs), and other relevant operational information.
