Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional and heartfelt service to all guests with a passionate and welcoming demeanor on every flight.
Patiently explain all on-board procedures to guests, ensuring safe and smooth flight operations.
Demonstrate a caring approach, ensuring guests feel comfortable and at ease throughout their journey.
Accompany guests on their journey to leisure destinations, engage in pleasant conversation, and offer helpful tips and recommendations for their travel.
Integrate on-board sales as a natural component of a comprehensive service mentality.
Exhibit a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

What We Offer

Complimentary comprehensive initial training to become a Cabin Manager at Discover Airlines, including fleet-specific training for short-haul, medium-haul, and long-haul operations.
Financial compensation during the training period.
Permanent, full-time employment contract within a growing airline in the prestigious Lufthansa Group.
Competitive remuneration in accordance with collective bargaining agreement, starting at €2,887.50 gross per month (including 16.3% tax-free allowance) for full-time employment (including 75 block hours) upon successful completion of training.
Regular salary increases and special payments.
Per diem allowance for duty stays outside the home base.
On-board sales commission.
36 days of annual leave in the first year of full-time employment.

Requirements

Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) in accordance with EASA Part CC regulations.
Completed secondary school education (Mittlere Reife or equivalent/higher qualification).
Professional experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous.
Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills; additional language skills are beneficial.
Ability to swim proficiently.
Unrestricted valid passport.
Ability to reach the designated base (Munich Airport) within 90 minutes when on standby duty.
Strong service orientation.
Confident and well-groomed appearance.
Excellent teamwork and social skills.
Reliable internet access.
Willingness to receive Yellow Fever vaccination.
