CAE is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated KC-135 Pilot Instructor to deliver expert instruction on KC-135 aircraft systems and operational procedures. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive training in diverse environments, including aircraft, classrooms, and advanced simulators. The instructor will also contribute significantly as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in curriculum development for new courses and fulfill essential administrative and support duties, ensuring the highest standards of readiness and mission effectiveness.

The instructor must possess exceptional language skills, including the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. This role requires effective responses to sensitive inquiries and complaints, along with the capability to generate compelling oral and written presentations and proposals on intricate subjects.
Proficiency in mathematical calculations is essential, encompassing figures, amounts, prices, commissions, percentages, and the ability to draw and interpret graphs.
Candidates should demonstrate strong reasoning abilities, including defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions. The ability to interpret complex customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication is highly desirable.
