The Opportunity
The organization is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Citation Bravo Captain (Pilot in Command) to assume operational authority and safe management of their CE-550 aircraft. This critical role involves high-level flight operations primarily within the UK and European networks, demanding meticulous attention to regulatory compliance and the delivery of five-star customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Assume overall command and definitive responsibility for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the Citation Bravo (CE-550) aircraft.
- Conduct all flights strictly in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations, Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and pertinent operational directives.
- Execute comprehensive pre-flight planning, encompassing detailed performance calculations, precise fuel planning, and thorough route analysis.
- Lead effective crew briefings, ensuring seamless coordination and robust communication with First Officers and essential ground support personnel.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer care, discretion, and professionalism, reflecting the client’s reputation for excellence.
- Ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely completion of all required flight documentation and post-flight reports.
- Actively contribute to continuous safety management system (SMS) initiatives and broader operational improvement projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Valid UK CAA-issued Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with a current and valid Citation Bravo (CE-550) Type Rating.
- Current and unrestricted Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum total flight time of 2,500 hours.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to maintain effective operation and command under pressure.
- Full legal rights to live and work permanently in the United Kingdom (UK).
- Extensive prior experience within corporate or executive jet environments.
- Strong client-facing skills and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service delivery.
- Comprehensive familiarity with European airspace, regulations, and diverse operational environments.
