The Role: Citation Bravo Captain
The organization seeks to appoint an accomplished and dedicated Aviation Captain responsible for the safe and efficient command of the Citation Bravo (CE-550) aircraft. This pivotal role requires exemplary leadership, rigorous adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to providing the highest standards of client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assuming overall command and accountability for the safe, efficient, and timely operation of the assigned Citation Bravo aircraft (CE-550).
- Conducting all flight operations in strict accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations, organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and overarching operational requirements.
- Executing comprehensive pre-flight planning, including detailed performance calculations, precise fuel planning, and thorough route analysis for all legs of travel.
- Leading effective crew briefings and ensuring seamless communication and coordination with First Officers and all essential ground personnel.
- Maintaining the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, and elevated customer care while interacting with corporate and private passengers.
- Ensuring the accurate, timely preparation, and submission of all required flight documentation and post-flight reports.
- Actively contributing to safety management systems (SMS) and continuous operational improvement initiatives within the flight department.
Essential Pilot Requirements
Candidates must possess the following mandatory qualifications and experience to be considered for this executive jet position:
- Possession of a valid UK CAA-issued Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- A current and valid Type Rating for the Citation Bravo (CE-550).
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 2,500 total flight hours logged.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in corporate or executive jet environments.
- Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to manage and operate effectively under high-pressure scenarios.
- Full legal rights to live and work permanently within the United Kingdom.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, coupled with a resolute commitment to service excellence.
- Comprehensive familiarity with European airspace, regulations, and operational environments.
