B737 First Officer Opportunity with Royal Air Maroc

Position: B737 First Officer

Royal Air Maroc is actively seeking qualified B737 First Officers for a renewable 5-year contract. Commencement dates are anticipated for Winter 2025/2026.

Key Responsibilities

As a B737 First Officer, the incumbent will support the Captain in all aspects of flight operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and punctual operation of all scheduled flights in accordance with company policies and international aviation regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Frozen ATP Licence, with a valid B737NG/MAX rating.
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above.
Minimum of 300 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on the B737NG/MAX.
A clean accident and incident record.
An unblemished criminal record.

Contract Terms and Benefits

Contract Duration: 1-year initial contract, renewable annually for up to a total of 5 years.
Base Location: Casablanca, Morocco.
Remuneration: Competitive monthly salary up to €5,500, plus overtime pay and a loyalty bonus.
Roster: A monthly roster providing 7 days off.
