Royal Air Maroc, the Moroccan national carrier and largest airline in the country, is currently seeking experienced B787 First Officers to join their flight operations team based in Casablanca, Morocco. Operating a diverse network across Africa, Europe, North and South America, the Maghreb region, and the Middle East, the airline offers a stable career opportunity for qualified aviation professionals.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be offered a five-year renewable contract featuring a competitive total earning potential. The anticipated start dates for this position are scheduled for Spring 2026.

Role Requirements

• Valid EASA, FAA, or ICAO license.
• Valid B787 Type-Rating.
• Minimum of 300 hours on the B787 type.
• Valid License Proficiency Check (LPC).
• Flight recency within the last 90 days.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Ability to obtain a Moroccan work visa.

4. Technical interview conducted via Microsoft Teams.
5. Assessment in Casablanca, Morocco (3-day duration).
6. Simulator assessment and final interview (includes positioning on the Royal Air Maroc network).
