B787 First Officer Vacancy - Royal Air Maroc

Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the national carrier of Morocco and one of Africa's most prominent airlines, is seeking qualified B787 First Officers to join their flight operations team. Operating from its strategic hub at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, RAM maintains an extensive network across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, the Maghreb region, and the Middle East, serving over 100 destinations in more than 80 countries.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will join Royal Air Maroc on a renewable contract spanning up to five years. This role offers the opportunity to join a leading global carrier with a focus on operational excellence and professional development.

Candidate Requirements

  • ATP or Frozen ATP license with a valid B787 type rating.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or higher.
  • Minimum of 500 SIC hours on B787 aircraft.
  • Clean accident/incident record.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • All license types are accepted.

Contract Terms and Remuneration

  • Contract Type: 5-year renewable contract.
  • Base: Casablanca, Morocco.
  • Compensation: Competitive structure including basic pay, overtime, and a loyalty bonus.
  • Roster: 7 days off per month.
  • Annual Leave: 24 days annual leave plus 6 days of sick leave per year.
  • Benefits: Includes accommodation allowance, positioning flight tickets, ground transport between headquarters and the airport, international health insurance, and visa/work permit support.
