B787 First Officer – Royal Air Maroc

Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the national carrier of Morocco and a premier African airline, is currently seeking qualified B787 First Officers to join its expanding operations. With a network covering over 100 destinations across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, the Maghreb, and the Middle East, RAM operates from its primary hub at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca.

Position Overview

The airline is recruiting B787 First Officers for a contract position with a total duration of up to 5 years (renewable). Commencement dates are available beginning in April 2026.

Candidate Requirements

ATP or Frozen ATP Licence with a valid B787 type rating.
Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or above.
Minimum of 500 SIC hours on B787 aircraft.
Clean safety record (no accidents or incidents).
Clean criminal record.

All pilot licences are accepted for this position.

Terms and Conditions

Contract Length: 1-year renewable terms, up to 5 years total.
Base Location: Casablanca, Morocco.
Remuneration: Competitive package including basic pay, overtime, and a loyalty bonus.
Roster: 7 days off per month.
