Position Summary: B737 Captain (Contract)

Royal Air Maroc is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced B737 Captains to join its professional flight crew. The successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract structure, commencing with initial placements available immediately and throughout the Winter 2025/2026 season. Contract Terms and Remuneration

• Base Location: Casablanca, Morocco.
• Contract Length: The contract is initially for one (01) year, renewable annually, up to a total duration of five (05) years.
• Remuneration: Competitive monthly remuneration of €10,000, supplemented by overtime pay and an annual loyalty bonus.
• Roster Structure: Pilots are allocated a minimum of seven (7) days off per month.

Mandatory Captain Requirements

Applicants must meet the following strict criteria to qualify for the B737 Captain role:

• Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATP) with a current and valid B737NG/MAX type rating. Royal Air Maroc is pleased to confirm that licences from all jurisdictions are accepted.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English Language Proficiency (EPL) level 4 or higher.
• A minimum of 1,000 Pilot-In-Command (PIC) hours accumulated on the B737NG/MAX type aircraft.
• Must possess a clear and verifiable non-accident/non-incident record.
• Applicants must present a clean criminal record.
