B737 Captain - Royal Air Maroc

Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the national carrier and largest airline of Morocco, is seeking experienced B737 Captains to join its operations. As a premier African carrier, Royal Air Maroc maintains an extensive network of over 100 destinations across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, the Maghreb, and the Middle East, operating primarily out of its hub at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca.

Position Overview

Qualified B737 Captains are invited to apply for a one-year renewable contract, with the possibility of extension for up to five years. The role is based in Casablanca and offers an immediate start, with commencement dates also available as early as April 2026. This position provides expatriate pilots the opportunity to join a leading airline with a guaranteed work-life balance.

Candidate Requirements

The airline accepts all license types, provided they meet the following criteria:

ATP Licence with a valid B737NG/MAX rating.
Minimum of 1,000 PIC hours on B737NG/MAX.
Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or above.
A record free of accidents or incidents.
A clean criminal record.

Remuneration and Terms

Monthly Salary: €10,000.
Additional Compensation: Overtime pay and Loyalty Bonus.
Roster: 7 days off per month.
Contract: 1-year initial term (renewable up to 5 years total).
Base: Casablanca, Morocco.
