B737 Captain Recruitment - Royal Air Maroc

Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the national carrier of Morocco and one of the most prominent airlines in Africa, is seeking experienced B737 Captains to join its flight operations team. With a network covering over 100 destinations across more than 80 countries, RAM provides extensive global connectivity. The position is based at the company’s primary hub at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca.

Position Overview

The airline is inviting applications for B737 Captains to enter into a 5-year renewable contract, with commencement dates available as early as April 2026. This position offers a competitive package for expat pilots seeking to join a leading African carrier.

Candidate Requirements

ATP License with a valid B737NG/MAX rating.
Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
EPL level 4 or above.
Minimum of 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.
Clean accident/incident record.
Clean criminal record.
All license types are accepted.

Contract Terms and Remuneration

Contract Length: 1 year, renewable up to a total of 5 years.
Base: Casablanca, Morocco.
Remuneration: €10,000 per month, supplemented by overtime pay and a loyalty bonus.
Roster: 7 days off per month.
