Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the national carrier of Morocco and one of the most prominent airlines in Africa, is seeking experienced B737 Captains to join its flight operations team. With a network covering over 100 destinations across more than 80 countries, RAM provides extensive global connectivity. The position is based at the company’s primary hub at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca.
Position Overview
The airline is inviting applications for B737 Captains to enter into a 5-year renewable contract, with commencement dates available as early as April 2026. This position offers a competitive package for expat pilots seeking to join a leading African carrier.
Candidate Requirements
- ATP License with a valid B737NG/MAX rating.
- Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
- EPL level 4 or above.
- Minimum of 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.
- Clean accident/incident record.
- Clean criminal record.
- All license types are accepted.
Contract Terms and Remuneration
- Contract Length: 1 year, renewable up to a total of 5 years.
- Base: Casablanca, Morocco.
- Remuneration: €10,000 per month, supplemented by overtime pay and a loyalty bonus.
- Roster: 7 days off per month.
