B787 First Officer Vacancy - Royal Air Maroc
Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the national carrier of Morocco and the country’s largest airline, is currently seeking qualified B787 First Officers to join its flight operations team. As a prominent leader in African aviation, RAM operates a network spanning over 100 destinations across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, the Maghreb, and the Middle East, with its primary hub located at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca.
Position Overview
The airline is offering a 5-year renewable contract position for B787 First Officers, with expected commencement dates starting in April 2026. This role provides an excellent opportunity for expat pilots to join a premier airline while maintaining a favorable work-life balance.
Candidate Requirements

Valid ATP or Frozen ATP License with a B787 Type Rating.

Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.

English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or higher.

Minimum of 500 SIC hours on the B787 aircraft.

Clean accident/incident record.

Clean criminal record.
Terms and Conditions

Contract Type:
1-year contract, renewable for up to 5 years total.

Base:
Casablanca, Morocco.

Remuneration:
Competitive package including Basic Pay, Overtime, and Loyalty Bonus.

Roster:
7 days off per month.

Benefits:
Accommodation allowance, 24 days annual leave, 6 days sick leave per year, positioning flight tickets, ground transportation between HQ and the airport, international health insurance, and full visa and work permit support.
