About the Role
Breeze Airways is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Flight Attendants to join their MCO Crew Base in Orlando. This role is crucial in upholding Breeze Airways' commitment to providing a simple, affordable, and convenient travel experience through technology, ingenuity, and kindness. Flight Attendants are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and fellow team members, acting as the face of the company by embodying Breeze's core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Breeze Airways is an exciting new airline dedicated to "The World's Nicest Airline." This position is based out of the MCO Crew Base, requiring candidates to live within a two-hour driving distance of Orlando International Airport.

Requirements
-
Ability to perform the physical demands of the Flight Attendant role.

Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
-
High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.
-
Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
-
Ability to travel to/from the United States without restriction.
-
Must currently possess a Passport with a minimum of six (6) months remaining validity.
-
Minimum height requirement to reach emergency equipment and maximum height for cabin clearance.

Sufficient vision and hearing to perform duties safely.

Ability to sit and buckle into a Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt.

Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Ability to read announcements and give emergency commands clearly in English.

Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.
-
Adherence to FAA and DOT travel regulations.
-
Ability to perform all safety-related procedures.
-
Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.

Must pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and Breeze background checks.

Ability to complete a 3+ week full-time Flight Attendant Training course.

Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Ability to work "Reserve Assignments."

Ability to follow Breeze Airways' Tattoo and Piercing policy (no teeth embellishments).

Must live within a two-hour driving distance of Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Must be able to attend initial Flight Attendant Training within the next three (3) months without interruption.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
-
Bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Moving through aircraft aisles, including during turbulence.

Lifting luggage.
-
Pushing/pulling catering carts.
-
Opening and closing overhead storage compartments (up to 50 lbs push/pull).

Operating door and window exits (requiring up to 90 lbs push/pull).

Working in confined spaces.
-
Pushing/pulling beverage and food carts (up to 60 lbs).
-
Lifting and/or moving items up to 50 pounds.

Assisting disabled passengers and transporting them via Inflight wheelchair.

Working in a pressurized cabin environment with changes in altitude and air pressure.
Additional Information
-
Monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours.

Interview and be selected for the role.

Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training.

Candidates may only submit one Flight Attendant application every three months.
