At the moment we are looking for experienced Flight Instructors to join our team in Lleida, Spain and help prepare the next generation of aviators.
Your responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching fundamental flying skills, maneuvers, and procedures;
* Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs;
* Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations;
* Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses;
* Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours, and instructional activities. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner;
* Stay current with aviation regulations and ensure that all training activities adhere to applicable laws and standards set by aviation authorities.
To be successful you should have:
* Valid EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) License;
* Valid EASA 1st Class Medical Certificate;
* Valid Unrestricted FI(A) rating;
* ICAO English level 5 or higher;
* EU work permit;
* More than 200 flight instruction hours.
Good to have:
* IRI(A) rating;
* More than 500 flight instruction hours for IFR phase.
