Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom, simulator, and ground school instruction according to program standards.

Conduct thorough pre and post-flight briefings, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Maintain accurate and timely trainee records and documentation.

Suggest enhancements to curriculum and course materials for continuous improvement.

Provide seat support for individual clients as required.

Assist Lead Instructors with additional duties when requested.

Expand instructor qualifications in line with program requirements.
Required Qualifications

EASA licence required.

Minimum 500 single-pilot flight hours.

Previous instructional experience preferred but not essential (CFI, SFI, or SFE advantageous).

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Strong attention to detail in training delivery and record-keeping.

Basic computer proficiency.

Willingness to travel temporarily for initial type and SFI ratings.
