Direct Entry Pilot - Captain Pathway
BA Euroflyer is seeking skilled, energetic, and experienced Direct Entry Pilots (DEP) with aspirations for command. As an experienced First Officer with strong leadership qualities, candidates will be instrumental in upholding the highest professional standards within the BA Euroflyer operation. This pathway is designed to support successful Captaincy at BA Euroflyer within 12 months, subject to vacancy and demonstrated standards.
Requirements
- Current UK issued CAA Flight Crew Licence ATPL (A), fATPL (A), MPL, or an EASA licence meeting UK CAA "Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements" (route 3, 4, 5, or 6).
- Minimum of 2500 hours total time (subject to factorisation). A breakdown of hours is required in the application.
- Right to live and work in the UK, or eligibility for a Right to Work visa.
- Height between 1.57m (5'2") and 1.91m (6'3"). Pilots exceeding 1.91m may apply but will undergo a functionality check to confirm suitability for seating positions within the BA Euroflyer fleet.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Spoken and written English at ICAO Level 6.
- Valid passport with a minimum of 12 months validity remaining.
- Valid Class One Medical with at least 6 months validity from the contract start date.
