Direct Entry Captain - A320 Fleet (Copenhagen)
We are currently seeking experienced pilots for a Direct Entry Captain position on our A320 fleet based in Copenhagen. Candidates may select between a 100% full-time contract or an 83.3% part-time flexible agreement. The part-time option utilizes a seasonal flying pattern, featuring 100% rostering during summer months and December, and 50–75% rostering throughout the remainder of the year.

Flight Time Requirements

Minimum of 4,000 hours Total Time.

Minimum of 2,000 hours in jet aircraft or high-speed turboprop.

Minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the A320.

Proven experience in Nordic winter operations.
Minimum Requirements

Unrestricted EASA ATPL (A).

EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (A), Commercial Pilot Licence (A), or Multi-Crew Pilot License. Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted but must be converted prior to the start of the course.

Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.

Valid Instrument Rating.

ICAO English Level 5 or 6.

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.

Clean criminal record.
All candidates must meet the above requirements, and all licenses must be valid and up to date at the time of application. Employment is subject to a successful background check, a personal security interview, and the completion of a drug and alcohol test. Both the security interview and all testing must be conducted at the assigned base location.
