Direct Entry Captain - A320 Fleet (Copenhagen)

We are currently seeking experienced pilots for a Direct Entry Captain position on our A320 fleet based in Copenhagen. Candidates may select between a 100% full-time contract or an 83.3% part-time flexible agreement. The part-time option utilizes a seasonal flying pattern, featuring 100% rostering during summer months and December, and 50–75% rostering throughout the remainder of the year.

Flight Time Requirements

• Minimum of 4,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum of 2,000 hours in jet aircraft or high-speed turboprop.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the A320.
• Proven experience in Nordic winter operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Unrestricted EASA ATPL (A).
• EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (A), Commercial Pilot Licence (A), or Multi-Crew Pilot License. Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted but must be converted prior to the start of the course.
• Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Valid Instrument Rating.
• ICAO English Level 5 or 6.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Clean criminal record.

All candidates must meet the above requirements, and all licenses must be valid and up to date at the time of application. Employment is subject to a successful background check, a personal security interview, and the completion of a drug and alcohol test. Both the security interview and all testing must be conducted at the assigned base location.
