Position Summary
Amerijet is seeking highly professional, safety-conscious, and skilled Pilots to join its dynamic operational team. Pilots at Amerijet are pivotal leaders within the company’s framework, entrusted with the critical responsibility of ensuring the safe, on-time, and efficient execution of flight operations across a diverse international network. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe, on-time, and efficient operation of company aircraft, strictly adhering to all regulatory requirements and established company policies.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and operational conduct in all aspects of duty.
- Provide decisive leadership in a wide array of operational contexts, including both routine and emergency situations.
- Effectively manage diverse operational scenarios, collaborating seamlessly with flight crew, ground teams, and customers to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform duties effectively both independently with limited supervision and as a collaborative member of a diverse team.
- Operate in varied global climates and international locations, adapting to flexible and variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational demands.
- Maintain continuous and meticulous attention to detail throughout all phases of flight preparation, execution, and post-flight procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a current, unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with an airplane category multi-engine class rating and English proficiency endorsement.
- Possess a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
- Distance vision corrected to 20/20 and near vision corrected to 20/40 or better in each eye.
- Hold an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Fluently speak and understand English.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted passport.
- Minimum of 1500 hours of total fixed-wing pilot time.
- Must be within the age limits as prescribed by FAA FAR Part 121 regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proven capability for quick and accurate decision-making.
- Proficiency in learning and effectively utilizing Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs).
Work Environment
Pilots are expected to operate in diverse climates and international locations, necessitating flexibility for variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to effectively support Amerijet's 24/7 global cargo operations.
