We are seeking talented individuals who can:

  • Establish and maintain high operational standards.
  • Effectively manage a diverse range of situations while collaborating with team members and customers.
  • Perform duties independently or as an integral part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure the safe, punctual, and efficient operation of company aircraft.
  • Adapt to various climates and global locations, working flexible and variable shifts.
  • Exhibit leadership in responding to both emergency and non-emergency scenarios.

Basic Student Qualifications

For prospective candidates pursuing an interview under the student program, the following qualifications are required:

  • Possession of a Private Pilot Certificate with an Instrument Rating.
  • Submission of a fully completed application.
  • Provision of two character references.

Selected students will be admitted into the program and are expected to maintain their standing by successfully completing all requisite program requirements, including:

  • Obtaining a Commercial Pilot Certificate with a Multi-Engine rating.
  • Acquiring a Certified Flight Instructor certificate, as stipulated for employment at U.S. Aviation.

Additional Basic Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability for rapid, accurate decision-making.
  • Adherence to age limitations as defined by FAA FAR Part 121.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Hold a current, unrestricted ATP certificate with an airplane category, multi-engine class rating, and an English proficiency endorsement.
  • Possess a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Distance vision corrected to 20/20 and near vision corrected to 20/40 or better in each eye.
  • Hold an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively utilize Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs).
  • Fluency in speaking and understanding the English language.
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted passport.
  • A minimum of 1500 hours of total fixed-wing pilot time.
